Class D, State of South Carolina or the ability to test for the license within (12) months of hire.

Schedule is 1st shift - 7:00am to 7:00pm, rotating 12 hour shifts with OT possible as needed

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain wastewater treatment systems to ensure flawless operation.

• Monitor and adjust equipment to meet strict regulatory requirements.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational and mechanical issues.

• Collect and analyze samples to determine treatment effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate records and reports.

• Collaborate with team members to successfully implement process improvements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience will be considered.

• Valid Wastewater Operator Certification

• Previous experience in operating and maintaining wastewater treatment systems.

• Strong mechanical problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively.

• Understanding of regulatory requirements and effective approaches in wastewater treatment

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
