This application addresses the Early Intervention Programs (EIPs) functions, including child referral and intake, case management, developmental evaluations, service planning, service delivery, service providers claiming, service providers payment, 3rd party insurance claiming (commercial and Medicaid), state vouchering, provider application and approval, reporting, auditing, and compliance with Federal and State requirements.Requested Qualifications:60 Months Experience with relational database management systems.48 Months Experience with Oracle 10g or higher.48 Months Experience writing complex stored procedures with the use of triggers.48 Months Experience designing and implementing ETL architecture using Oracle Data Integrator, Talon-D, or IBI Data Integrator to ensure export data quality.48 Months Experience staging data for any purpose based on business requirements.48 Months Experience providing data warehouse/data mart end user support.24 Months Experience developing and managing data structures.12 Months Experience designing, coding, deploying, and/or managing a case management or insurance claiming application (include description of the case management or insurance claiming application).12 Months Experience querying data within a Cram Social Program Management database (version 4.5 or higher).Bachelors degree in an Information Technology related field.Mandatory Requirements:Senior: 60 - 84 months experience. Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance, and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.
