Meta Client Solutions Manager, eCommerce & Retail in Bangalore, India

Summary:

The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) for Meta's Global Business Group believes the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven and grounded in measurable, proven business results. The CSM is an enthusiastic Facebook/Instagram/Whatsapp solutions expert and master problem solver that puts the customer's needs at the core of everything they do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, branding strategy, creative upskilling and measurement for India's top Retail clients. In partnership with the Client Partner, this role is responsible for building executional and functional partnerships, using data and analytics to identify growth opportunities for Meta by building comprehensive solutions for our customers, and driving revenue by negotiating and optimizing opportunities that deliver on client’s & media agencies' business objectives. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical rigour, a focus on client servicing, very strong collaboration with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. Meta's Retail business is one of the fastest growing businesses in India and the CSM plays a very integral role in that growth journey. This position is based at our Bangalore Office.

Required Skills:

Client Solutions Manager, eCommerce & Retail Responsibilities:

  1. Work with brands to understand their business objectives and develop the Meta strategy in partnership with the Client Partner, which will constitute building on insights, crafting media plans, page strategy, creative and measurement recommendations

  2. Build key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, and be seen as a key influencer in shaping product roadmaps, platform strategy and the overall Meta narrative

  3. Provide dedicated account management to top clients, to develop, manage, optimize, and support strategic account plans, and leverage data to create business solutions for clients

  4. Develop vertical expertise, including industry research and perspective, to drive overall business objectives and marketing solutions for advertisers

  5. Media Planning, Strategy, and Measurement :Manage planning, execution, ongoing reporting and optimization of campaigns (oversee budget spend, manage internal analytics and dashboards, provide optimization and real time targeting recommendations)

  6. Project Management - Manage complex work streams to optimize marketing objectives for clients. Manage Analytics and dashboards to advise clients (e.g. daily client facing data/insights reporting, understanding performance across hundreds of accounts used by client, setting up pipelines to pull conversion and impression data, etc.)

  1. 5+ years’ experience working directly with marketing, media planning, consulting with track record of problem solving and thought leadership including 2+ years of brand marketing experience

  2. Understanding of online and traditional advertising

  3. Experience in ad tech/online marketing technologies and understands how to implement them for an effective and efficient marketing strategy

  4. Critical thinking, analytical and technical skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to arrive at solutions in a structured manner and the ability to communicate this clearly and effectively.

  5. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage cross functional partnership as well as client relationships in complex and rapidly evolving environment

  6. Strong communication ability to confidently present ideas, solutions, frameworks to CXOs, media heads, agency partners
