salary: $16 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Support the fundraising department by running reports to track fundraising efforts and amounts

  • Monitor budget for the department to ensure proper spending

  • Review invoices and send payments for the department

  • Manage the calendar for department VP (schedule meetings, notify of upcoming appointments)

  • Assist with scheduling travel arrangements as needed

  • Expense reporting in SAP

Skills

  • General Accounting and Finance Skills (2 years of experience is required)

  • Administrative Duties (2 years of experience is required)

  • SAP (2 years of experience is required)

  • Calendar Management (2 years of experience is required)
