Responsibilities

• Nurtures positive team spirit for strong relationships

• Responsible for the productivity and quality control of vehicle repairs

• Monitor and influence positive progress towards company goals while maintaining standards of performance, cycle time, and CSI

• Hold production team accountable for quality of work to ensure a happy customer upon vehicle delivery

• Work with team to conduct periodic and final quality checks on all vehicles/jobs within the shop

• Assist the General Manager to ensure that the shop is maintained, clean and organized. Create resolutions where needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Valid driver’s license

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Prior experience leading a team of collision technicians and/or collision repair process
