Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects, with a focus on both new builds and tenant improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction.

• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.

• Prepare and review project estimates, bids, and proposals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience in construction management, with a focus on new builds and tenant improvements.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.

• Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
