ManpowerGroup Line Lead in Exeter, New Hampshire

Our client, in manufacturing is seeking a Line Lead to join their team. As a Line Lead, you will be part of the leadership team supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of manufacturing/logistics experience, leadership experience and ability to participate in continuous leadership training which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Line Lead

Location: Exeter, NH

Pay Range: $24-$26/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Able to work all jobs on production line in to assist and for training

  • Make sure all workstations meet safety standards

  • Conducting audits to problem solve and find abnormalities

  • Taking action to identify defective products and limit production loss

  • Investigate machine down time and make first level repairs

What’s Needed?

  • HS Diploma/GED

  • Flexibility to work outside of regular assigned shift

  • 3-5 years of manufacturing/logistics or leadership experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to participate in continuous training in leadership and Lean Manufacturing Practices
