Reference #: 4486938 THE POSITION Do you excel in organization, pay attention to details, and thrive on maintaining efficiency? We are looking for a Clerical Assistant 3 to act as the county timekeeper for our team. Your role will involve ensuring precise timekeeping and payroll processing for our County Office employees. Utilizing your exceptional organizational abilities and meticulousness, you will play a crucial part in our operations by precisely inputting payroll data, investigating time discrepancies, and efficiently resolving payroll concerns.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK As the main point of contact for the district, your responsibilities in this position will involve overseeing timekeeping and payroll tasks for the County Office. You will offer guidance to timekeepers, review payrolls for accuracy, and input data into the payroll systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining precise work schedules, making adjustments when necessary, entering TWOC for employees, and managing leave records in SAP. It is essential that you conduct research and resolve system and payroll errors, generate error reports, and independently investigate incorrect payments.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title); or One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions. How to Apply:
