Adecco US, Inc. Molder Operator in Hudson, New Hampshire

Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Hudson, NH to bring on Mold Operators on 2 nd shift. This is a temp to hire position!

Position : Molder Operator

Hours : 2 nd Shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm Monday - Friday

Pay : $20-$22/hour

Job Duties:

  • Work under general direction of the department supervisor and/or leader with a minimum of supervision following processes and procedures

  • Maintain personal production and quality standards as determined by supervision.

  • Operate injection molding machine

  • Operate blending machine to be able to combine raw pellets together

  • Cut off excess material with an exacto knife

  • Inspection of your own parts before first piece inspection

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Position and secure threaded cores and/or over molds into mold

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • 2-3 years' experience welding in manufacturing environment

  • Must have reasonable dexterity in hands to manipulate small parts.

  • Ability to be flexible on daily tasks

  • Ability to lift 25-55 lbs. occasionally, 20-55 lbs frequently, 10-25lbs.

  • Ability to work both individually and as a team

  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
