Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Application Development Project Manager/Lead, based in Kissimmee, Florida. This role is focused on leading the Storyliving project, which involves significant strategy development and requirements gathering with Business and Tech teams. This is a contract position that requires experience in backend systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Storyliving project, collaborating with teams responsible for various technical integrations.

• Involve in the planning and estimation of new initiatives, transitioning existing technology project responsibilities.

• Provide heavy strategy roadmapping and requirements gathering with Business and Tech teams.

• Handle projects that require experience in backend systems.

• Ensure the application development projects are delivered on time and within the budget.

• Coordinate with local and onsite teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project development and delivery.

• Collaborate with different teams to integrate digital and financial aspects into the project.

• Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficiency in planning and executing application development projects

• Demonstrated expertise in digital technologies and integration processes

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and its application in project management

• Experience with onsite management and coordinating with various teams

• Skilled in requirements gathering and translating them into technical specifications

• Knowledge of backend systems and their role in application development

• Ability to work with local candidates and manage teams effectively

• Experience in financial integration processes within application development

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
