About the Job
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8-hour shift with flexible start time between 6:30 am – 8:30 am
Location:
1200 Bartow Rd, Lakeland, FL 33801
On-site 5 days a week in-office; it is not a remote role
Compensation:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary
Answer and follow up with customer service-related telephone inquiries for area of responsibility. Assist customers by identifying customer information within database and answering inquiries. Provide direction to customers on using the company web site. Respond to inquiries for information from internal clients. Monitor and run reports and queries as appropriate. Perform and communicate information processing requests from customers to appropriate area or person. Access computerized financial information to answer general and specific account questions. Record and store information using computers with business processing software. Investigate, research, and resolve accounts payable and accounts receivable issues or discrepancies. Monitor and respond to inbound customer, client, and location communications via email, voice mail, etc. Check figures, postings, and documents for correct data entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes. Perform area administrative duties, such as filing, faxing, scanning, and journal entry processing, as required.
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Follow all company policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Anticipate and address owners’ service needs. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Enter and locate work-related information using computers. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Critical Tasks
General Finance and Accounting
Access computerized financial information to answer general questions, as well as those related to specific accounts.
Investigate, research, and resolve accounts payable and accounts receivable issues or discrepancies including contacting and working with appropriate individuals to obtain the necessary information.
Monitor and respond to inbound customer, client, and property communications via email, voicemail, etc.
Perform area administrative duties, such as filing, faxing, scanning, and journal entry processing, as required.
Record and store information using computers with business processing software.
Keep team leads/managers/directors abreast of trends and issues or status of work.
Perform and communicate information processing requests from clients to appropriate area or person.
Investigate, research, and resolve accounts payable and accounts receivable issues or discrepancies.
Monitor and run reports and queries as appropriate.
Check figures, postings, and documents for correct data entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
Computers/Software
Use computer systems and software packages to input, access, modify, store, or output information. Enter and retrieve data from computer systems using a keyboard, mouse or trackball.
Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Communication
Monitor and respond to inbound customer, client, and property communications via email, voice mail, etc. in a timely manner.
Speak to customers and co-workers using clear, appropriate, and professional language.
Prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports), including proofreading and editing written information to maintain accuracy and completeness.
Talk with and listen to other employees to effectively exchange information.

Candidate Profile
Education/Experience
High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1-year related work experience is required
