ADMISSIONS MANAGER

Location: Lehi, UT

Status: Full-Time

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay / Salary: $53, 504 - $60,000 annually

SUMMARY

The Mountainland Technical College (MTECH) Admissions Manager will lead the college's access and recruitment efforts and oversee a team that includes Admissions Advisors, Student Outreach, and Student Ambassadors. ADMISSIONS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervising, supporting, and overseeing the Admissions Advisors, Student Outreach Specialists, and the Student Ambassador teams.

  • Working with the Director of Student Success on an annual strategic plan, including recommendations for additional programs, changes in processes/procedures, and updates to existing programs to support student achievement.

  • Providing visible and collaborative leadership in support of innovative outreach and admission efforts, including data gathering and strategic placement for maximum pull-through of prospective students.

  • Participating in campus-wide student experience program assessment, partnering across divisions to evaluate the positive impact(s) of programs on access.

ADMISSIONS MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field OR at least four years of extensive work experience that demonstrates knowledge of student outreach, admissions, strategic planning, and team leadership

  • 2+ years of progressive leadership experience
