Must obtain Kentucky medical licensure before appointment.Board-certified or board-eligible in NeurologyJob SummaryThe Department of Neurology is recruiting for a Geriatric Fellow to support the Department. The faculty member in this position will report to the Director of the Geriatric Fellowship and the Chairman of the Department of Neurology.The primary responsibilities for this position will be: participate in clinical teaching activities and provide direct or consultative neurological care for patients (adults and/or children) with neurological illness in outpatient and/or outreach clinics as negotiated with the Department Chair. In addition, this position will attend on the Neurology (adult and/or pediatric) inpatient ward and/or consultative services and/or provide coverage for other faculty, and acquire and improve skills in research and teaching pertinent to future leadership roles in Academic Medicine.Along with the application, applicants should submit a Curriculum Vitae.
