As the Experience, Strategy, and Transformation Lead, you will help build and implement artificial intelligence capabilities that significantly impact our employees and customers. Working on challenges of diverse scope and complexity, you will be at the forefront of driving AI adoption and usage within the organization.

Skills and Requirements

· 8+ years of experience in enterprise transformation

  o Strong understanding of technology

  o Change management expertise

  o String experience with driving companywide implementations forward with cross functional teams and executive leadership

  o Experience redesigning processes as needed for implementation pivots

  o Experience in KPI development and tracking

Understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications within diverse business environments · Master's Degree
