We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator for a long term contract position. The candidate for this pivotal role will provide exceptional customer service, efficient office administration, and robust sales support. As an integral part of the team, the candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations. Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by assisting with quotes and addressing basic customer queries

  • Proactively communicate with customers to confirm orders, provide shipment details, and estimated arrival times

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding service via phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate updates on orders and quote

  • Input orders into the computer system and liaise effectively with warehouse personnel and customers

  • Assist with various office tasks including paperwork completion, order entry, and other administrative duties as needed

  • Manage the placement and tracking of purchase orders with vendors, maintaining efficient communication channels

  • Monitor inventory levels of components against open orders, determining re-order quantities and timing

  • Contribute to maintaining accurate cost data on components and packages

  • Fulfill any other duties as required, directed, or assigned
