Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow SME with a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical proficiency, including JavaScript and other relevant web technologies, and hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and SecOps modules. This role requires strong architectural skills to create

solutions within ServiceNow. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with various stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

• Configuring, Building, Upgrading

• Ability to design scalable/efficient solutions within ServiceNow,.This includes designing workflows, creating data models, and setting up integrations with other systems. - Ability to mentor those around null
