Description

Robert Half is currently seeking a Leasing Administrator on a contract to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management and excellent communication skills!

Overview of duties:

• Processing payments

• Depositing of checks

• Reconciling vendor statements

• Preparing lease agreements

• Collecting rent payments and emailing invoices to tenants

• Expense reports

Requirements

• Associates of Arts in Business, Accounting or Finance, preferred

• Previous property management experience is a PLUS

• Yardi experience or ERP system and intermediate excel skills

• 1+ year of office experience

• Works well in a collaborative team environment

• Proven working experience in a Property Management leasing role

• Ability to build rapport with prospects and existing tenants

• Bilingual; English and Spanish is a PLUS
