We are seeking to fill the Lead Platform Analyst, Communications & Insights role for the Loans Enablement Platform. This role is based out of Pittsburgh, PA, (Will require the resource to be in office at a min of 3 days a week). The Lead Platform Analyst Role at BNY Mellon is a key role responsible for supporting the Loans Enablement Platform in managing strategic communications across different channels of the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Platform Owner, Product Insights Lead and other senior leaders to ensure the effective communication of the Loans Enablement strategy and objectives. You will have an impact in following ways: Develop and deliver effective communication and messages on behalf of the Enterprise Platform Owner, including presentations, speeches, and internal and external reporting. Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly Platform communication and insights to be delivered to various channels of BNY Mellon executive leadership and stakeholders Develop and implement cultural transformation efforts that align with the company's core values and strategic objectives; Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the cultural transformation strategy. Lead and/or support special projects and strategic initiatives as needed by the EPO and other senior leaders. Represent the EPO and the department in internal and external meetings, events, and other engagements as needed Independently works on a wide array of activities associated with delivering Platform Objective and Key Results to monitor and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to internal client specifications. Take ownership of the function and drive it's growth.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 4-5 years of communications and writing experience. Experience with executive reporting and strong PowerPoint skills. Experience with business and/or project management preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences. Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective plans and initiatives. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive content with discretion. Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders required. Desire to learn and grow and take ownership of the function and drive improvements, efficiencies and positioning the internal brand. Not required, but a bonus: Experience with communications and writing in financial services and/or loans industry is a plus.
