Responsibilities

Assists with the workflow within Imaging Services to support efficiency and excellent patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum

  • Within six months of hire complete: Restraint Training completion of Safe Patient Handling program completion of Oxygen Training program completion of Point of Care Renal Screening testing and complete Medical Terminology Course

  • Previous experience performing IV starts OR successful completion of an approved intravenous (IV) access training program OR current certification as an EMT-Paramedic OR successful completion of an accredited EMT-Paramedic program within the last two years

  • CT CPRBLS - Current AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service

  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows

Preferred

  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred; Cerner strongly preferred

Pay Range

$14.82 - $20.38 /hour
