*Responsibilities *

 Greet and assist clients visiting the slab yard,providing guidance and information on stone selection,pricing,and availability. Set a positive tone by representing the company through impactful client experiences. 

 Responsible for answering client questions,addressing any concerns,and offering suitable product suggestions based on their needs.

 Build strong client relationships and actively listen to clients requirements and preferences,offering suitable product suggestions based on their needs so we can provide them with the best possible products and services.

 As a sales admin assistant,you will collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding quotes,lead times,and any specials or promotions. Responsible for ensuring that our clients receive a seamless experience throughout the sales process.

 Serve as the main point of contact for clients to manage inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise in a timely and professional manner. 

 Ensure all client inquiries are attended to promptly and professionally,ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed. 

 Create and maintain client records,ensuring the information is accurate and up to date,including contact information,purchase history,and preferences to help provide personalized services and enhance future sales interactions.

 Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate slab selection,cutting,and delivery schedules to meet client requirements.

 Prepare sales and purchase orders to ensure that slabs are cut to size and delivered efficiently in a timely manner.

*Qualifications *

 Excellent customer service skills,with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide a positive experience.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,with the ability to prioritize and multitask.

 Proficiency in using computer software and systems,including Microsoft Office Suite,CRM systems,and inventory management tools used to manage client information and generate reports.

 Previous experience working in a slab yard,stone fabrication,construction supply sales,or other related industry. 

 Familiarity with stone selection,pricing,and inventory systems is preferred but not required.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

 High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor s degree in a related field preferred but not required.

*Pay *

$16.00 - $20.00 Per Hour DOE + Commissions

*Schedule *

8:00am 5:00pm | Monday Friday 

1 Saturday a month | 9:00am 2:00pm
