Nexeo HR is seeking a motivated Bottle Production Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

       Receipt of finished goods samples from the production floor.

       Calibration/documentation of all instruments involved in testing.

       Organization of samples for microbial enumeration,heavy metal,and potency analysis testing.

       Physical testing of finished goods samples.

       Manage retention samples of finished goods.

       Receipt of Raw Materials samples from QA sample technician.

       Organization of samples for microbial enumeration testing.

       Organization of samples for Heavy Metals testing.

       Organization of samples for potency analysis testing.

       FTIR analysis for identification of raw materials.

       Physical testing of raw materials samples.

       Management of raw materials samples.

       Environmental Monitoring Program.

       Air quality analysis testing.

       Water quality analysis,surface swab,and drain swab testing.

       Clean and verify the accuracy of thermometers used on production lines.

       Documentation of service performed.

       Laboratory cleaning and organization.

Qualifications

      Ability to read,speak,and understand basic English.

       Must possess oral / written communication skills,and ability to manage multiple priorities.

       Ability to follow GMP standards and guidelines.

       Understand and apply information set forth in SOP s.

      &nb sp;Ability to cross-train in 2 or more areas within the Quality.

$17.00 Per Hour

Monday- Friday | 7:00am- 5:30pm
