Description

Assist Medical Doctor (intra-procedure) while performing endoscopic and other medical procedures in the Medical Procedures Unit/Endoscopy Unit. Provides High Level Disinfection per Policy and Procedure. Provides appropriate patient care pre-and post-procedure under the supervision of a registered nurse/MD.

Required qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED in Endoscopy training program, on the job training preferred. AA preferred.

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

• 2 years of work experience or related healthcare experience; Certified Nurse Aide, Surgical Tech, or Endoscopy Tech preferred.
