Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission-oriented SharePoint Engineer , in the Springfield, Virginia area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

The tasks will include designing, developing, and deploying solutions to improve organizational knowledge sharing and awareness. Candidate will work with a small team committed to supporting our DoD customer. Position is responsible for engineering new and maintaining current IT tool-sets relevant to the environment.

  • Responsible for the software development processes and outcomes for customer

  • Support content design of Microsoft SharePoint 2016/2019 collaboration environments

  • Serves as a technical point of contact for use of SharePoint

  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders across both business and technology functions

  • Plan, create, configure, customize, check, and remedy issues related to SharePoint Sites and user requirements from tickets submitted to Help Desk

  • Creation of dashboards based on key performance indicators

  • Create and/or implement graphical design for customer SharePoint site branding

  • Conduct and participate in regularly scheduled and ad hoc SharePoint testing

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must have 5+ years’ experience within information systems and related security technologies

  • Background experience designing and implementing enterprise scale solutions

  • Experience with software architecture, software development fundamentals, object-oriented design, and Web user interface design

  • Experience with SharePoint 2016 Administration (Setup, troubleshoot, farm admin)

  • SharePoint - Farm Level Proficiency and knowledge of content types, Search, design/use of libraries, sites/subsites, site permissions, and information management policies

  • Experience with Visual Studio, ASP.NET, and C#

  • Working Knowledge with Team Foundation Server

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Security+ certification or other IAT Level II certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HTML, XML, Java Script, CSS, and transact-SQL

  • Experience using DevExpress controls

  • Exposure to ESRI products (Portal, Desktop PRO, Server)

  • Understand setup of and troubleshooting Windows IIS

  • Familiarity with DISA STIGs

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) Eligibility

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
