Environmental Services Aide will be responsible for cleaning tasks in patient rooms, nursing stations, lounges, restrooms, offices, clinic areas, and any other areas

assigned in accordance with standard procedures of the Environmental Services Department

Description:

• Cleans and keeps in an orderly condition facilities or common areas, break rooms, bathrooms.

• Refilling toilet paper and other paper products as needed

• Performing a range of cleaning tasks like mopping, sweeping, discharging of patients rooms

• Distributing linens and tracking the linens used in each department

• Will work in all departments, including, ER, OR, NICU/PICU, Trauma, and Psych Ward.

• Working in an environment with bodily fluids, infectious diseases, COVID cleaning, and terminal cleaning.

• Trauma 1 designated hospital - ALL major trauma patients will be sent to this hospital, ex. Car accidents, gunshot wounds, etc.

Requirements:

• REQUIRED 1+ years' experience in cleaning/sanitizing (i.e. hospital, hotel, school & universities, office buildings, sports arena, amusement parks, etc.)

• Basic English - Ability to read, speak, understand, and follow written and verbal directions in English

• Must be able to work any day of the week, weekends when needed and holidays. Employees will receive work scheduled in advance.

• Willing to submit to pre-employment screenings.

Avaialble shifts:

• 2nd shift: 3pm - 11:30pm

• 3rd shift: 11pm - 7:30am
