Participates in design, coding, testing and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software. Requires good understanding of business application. Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them. Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Participates in the development of software user manuals. Demonstrates software. May act as team leader on less complex projects. Assists in training less-experienced software development staff.

MUST HAVE SKILLS MS Access Development VBA Development VB Scripting Some experience with Visual Studio Supports End User Computing. Knowledge of backups and restores. Strong documentation skills (some Technical Writing). Knowledge of Windows Servers. Some experience with Windows Scheduling Manager (Windows Scheduler).
