A strong candidate will have customer service experience, being comfortable handling high volume phone calls with scheduled appointments and walk-in appointments. Triage skills allow you to realize when a critical patient needs to be rushed back and can wait comfortably to be seen. Communication skills, especially when rounding the veterinarian regarding all types of appointments.
