PM Tech

Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Prevementive Maintenance (PM) Tech for 3rd Shift (10 pm to 6:30 am) to complete troubleshooting and repair of hydraulics and pneumatics. This position will support the manufacturing operations performing preventative maintenance.

What you will be doing:

• Inspect lubrication levels of machines, add correct lubricant as needed.

• Greasing of bearings and machines as described by CMMS work orders.

• Inspection and replacement of filter media on equipment.

• Inspection of bearings and rotating assemblies.

• Inspection of gearboxes for leaks.

• Removal and replacement of drive shafts.

• Repair of leaking air hoses.

• Assist maintenance technicians as needed.

• Must be able to fill out work orders via CMMS software.

• Must provide own basic tools.

• Must adhere to all lock out tag out procedures.

  The skills and experience you need:

• Knowledge of basic hand tools.

• Background in equipment operation, vehicle repair or some vocational training.

• Ability to follow instructions and to read work instructions.

• Must have own tools.

  This role is located in Tulsa, OK. This position is for a weekend shift - Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 4 am to 4 pm.
