The Safety & Security Supervisor/Lieutenant performs general safety & security duties including:

• Patrol and detection services

• Assisting customers

• Response and intervention responsibilities

• Provide monitoring services to assure team member, patient and visitor safety

• Completes communication and documentation tools

• Completes other duties as assigned.

Assists the manager with the daily operations of the security force. Required certification and licensure includes Security D, Florida Driver License with less than 3 points and IAHSS (Security) Certification is required within 1 year. 5-year renewal is NOT required. Required specific skills also includes life safety inspection techniques.

Minimum Qualifications:

Credentials:

• Driver’s license is needed upon hire

• Security D license required within 90 days.

• IAHSS (Security) certification is needed within 1 year.

Education:

• HS Graduate or Equivalent GED

Experience:

• 5 Years Security Experience
